We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our Site. However, particularly with pigment dyed fabrics, and the variations of computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

When you order, we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit-card number and expiration date to allow us to process and fulfill your order and to notify of order status. From time to time we may offer contests or promotional features which require the collection of name, address and e-mail address, so we can administer the promotion or contest and notify winners. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the website, new Koala Thoughts services and special offers, or new products we think you’ll find valuable. Shipping Information
Free shipping for U.S. delivery of all orders over $100.00. Currently Koala Thoughts uses USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express. Transit time is determined by the shipping service you choose and can vary.
Shipping Estimates and Tracking
Generally, orders are shipped within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Shipping can be estimated before the final check out page on our Site. At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on the destination zip code. You will receive an e-mail receipt and confirmation of your order, with a tracking number. You can log into your account at any time to track the status of your order.
Please note that all orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via US Postal Service.
Koala Thoughts does not ship internationally at this time.
Not all items shown on our Site are always in-stock. New designs, styles, sizes and items that sell very quickly may generate a back order. We place regular and timely orders with our vendors, and typically will be able to fill back orders within 10 business days. If an item you order is back ordered, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of options. We can ship what is available, offer a substitute for those that are not, or hold your entire order to be filled in full.
We will notify you via email within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item, and confirm which options you prefer for your order.
Please contact us via e-mail ASAP to let us know you have a return. Please include a short note explaining the circumstances around your return and include your name, address, order number, e-mail address, and phone number.
WRONG SIZE: If you are unhappy with the fit of a garment, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange it for the same, but different sized item. You will be responsible for any shipping charges. Since we do not keep credit cards on file, please include a daytime contact phone number where we can reach you to re-confirm your credit card numbers to complete the processing. To help assure a correct size purchase, please reference the Koala Thoughts Size Chart under our "Customer Care".
WRONG ITEM/DEFECTIVE ITEM: If we ship you the wrong item, please return it to us within 14 days and we will ship you the correct item. If we ship you a defective item, we will replace the defective item with a first quality item. Please contact us and we will work with you to replace the garment free of shipping charges. Please note if you send an item back to us for exchange or refund, please include (with the returned product) a short letter explaining the circumstances for the return, and include your name, address, order number, e-mail address, and phone number.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt or purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with original tags attached. Upon acceptance of return, we will exchange for like items or, if you choose, credit your payment method used with the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the final credit.

Please be aware that you may incur a 20% restocking fee if the return is made after 14 days. Allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement after the merchandise has been received into our warehouse.
